Susan studied human physiology and nutrition a the Medical College of Virginia and Columbia University. She is also certified as a Master Food Preserver through Cornell Cooperative Extension.
Attendees will learn how to make delicious fresh styles of cheese at home and how to best incorporate it into their cooking and lifestyles.
Class size limited to 10.
Please note: that participants should bring a lunch.
